The real loyalty thing.

Updated: Dec 29, 2021

Loyalty doesn't come when they say they have your back. It's not when you're going through the hard times and need to talk about it, to cry on their shoulder. Real loyalty comes when something comes up - something that affects their world in some way. Needs them to step up, to be uncomfortable in some way, to drive an hour to see you and to find you. To sit on the floor beside you in silence. To hold your hand when you didn't have to ask, to not make assumptions. Lean into real loyalty about all else.

Much love Xo.
